Alright, so today I was riding and such, I haven't done a tailwhip yet, but I was still decided to screw around and such. I usually kick my tailwhips with my front foot. Anyway, I hopped and tried to kick with my back foot, and I got it almost all the way around before I landed, off like a 10 inch hop or so.

Think I'm ready to try them off a jump?

theyre really hard but yea the only way to find out is to try them off something. its alot easier too. ive been trying flat whips for a while now, cant land them, but can do them really good, just no good jumps or parks around to try them atm.

Well, as opposed to a hop, jumps can provide the hangtime you need for certain things. Start out trying them on a fly-out kinda jump first though, before you take it to tabletops/doubles.
