Try standing more. Thats what I do. I rarely sit when biking.

Go Riding for 6 hours everyday or less just pick a time, you get used to it and don't get soar any more.

i would say try standing for 3 hrs and sittin for 3 hrs.
Well it all kinda depends on what kind of riding u do!
Vert:Stand For 5 hrs
Street:Stand for 4 hrs
Dirt:Sit for 4 hrs
Ther are some ass tips

Let your legs take all the abuse...

No matter how much you want to sit down, let your legs take the punishment.

6 hours later, kick god in the sack and ask him why he made your legs so weak.

Regardless of what he says, kick him thrice in the sack, and say "That $4!7 is on you..."
