Hi i am looking for a new bike to ride around in my trails.I have a nice setup with about 6 jumps but my old bike is just not holding up well.I have been looking at danscomp.com for some ideas but need help deciding. If anyone could recomend a good bike for around $450 that is either trail specific or compatable.

Kink Transition would be a damn fine choice.
Pretty much any bike that's not designed for racing or flat land will work. Although certain things are a plus: Sealed hubs, seaked bottom bracket, micro gearing.

If you're going to order off of Dans, Kink Transition, Stolen Heist, Verde Method, If you can pull 10 more bucks out of your ass, the We The People Addict should be pretty good too.

You can take the pegs off.
The Liberty is a great bike but it wouldn't be that good for trails if you aren't comfortable riding without breaks.

None, they do not ship bikes with them installed.

Befor you ask for a recommendation you should state your TT length preference or at least your height. If you were looking to spend $450 + shipping then this bike would be a very good value for you. http://oldskoolcycles.com/Verde_Modus.aspx Full CroMo and fully sealed :).

A 20.75 top tube might be a bit too long at first then. Although, most people do prefer a bit of a longer top tube for dirt.
What bike where you using before?

The 20.5 Modus would work nicely for you. What ever you get IMHO go wit a 20.5.

The rage wont take that much of a beating and the Executioner is way over priced for what its. If it was about 50-100 cheaper, I would tell you to get the Executioner however it's full hi-ten, only has a chromo steerer on the fork, The only things that are sealed are the headset and the rear hub. For the price, you could get a DK Six Pack and have a way better bike that can take a hell of a beating.
