Well my Marmoset seems to be wobbling...I think it's because the collars are a little crushed or something. The ends of the collars are almost flush with the ends of the axle. I have some thin 20mm washers, could I remove the collars, put them on, then put the collars back? If that will work, how do I safely remove the collars?

Could it also be something else? I don't think it was from the bad batch with the large bearing seats, they seem to be perfectly fine.

Cone nuts without threads basically.

As I said on Bg, if the collars are on tight then you need to remove them before pushing the axle through the hub to check for poor bearing seat fit (the infamous 'Marmy wobble)'.
