Well, I gave up on the huffy I was building for my little brother, to much grinding and painting and sanding and griding so I went and bought him a frame off the Craigslist...

Frame: DK General Lee
Headset: Bottom=FSA Pig, Top=WTB Momentum Comp
Neck: Redline Mach-1
Bars: Mongoose I think
Grips: Haro (torn in half, not by me)
Forks: GT Mach-1
Front wheel: Mongoose
Rear Wheel: Weinman (the cheapest I could find for him)
Tires: Mismatched, bald, and old
Freewheel: old KMC
Chain: half KMC, half "Z"
Sprocket: Haro F3
Crank: old Haro or something
Seat Clamp: GT
Seat: GT PROlite
Pedals: Animal somethings, they were free

Most of that bike is from spare parts I had laying around in the box....
<----I think the Odyssey 41Thermal fork is the least crappy part in there.

Lol, I know they are. It makes the crank arms look really long but they're just normal size.

If he gets brakes it's on him lol, this is his burden now. I thought I'd share it since it took me days to get it done.

I forgot to mention that I used Primo 3/8"-14mm adapters on the axel in the back. I wasn't gonna go spending 50 bucks on a rim for him when this one was 8 bucks cheaper (thumbs up)

What a nice brother you are. I was at my friend's house the other day and watched as they fighted over scrap parts for bikes and one of them got hit with a pipe wrench pretty hard.

Looks clean as hell! I'd rock it anyway!

That bike chain must play hell with weight distribution tho ;)

I don't know what geometry is, I just put it together. I actually went out and got him a new tire, Chad Degroose <--Sp? grips, and Bulletproof Chain tentioners. It actually rides really smooth, and since he doesn't do tricks i don't think he'll bent the sprocket easily. But if he does it's on him to get the parts he busts.

Thanx. I got him a new seat post today, Promax or something, and I learned he needs a new sprocket cuz this one has a worn spot so it causes tight spots in the chain. All that matters is that he likes it, and since none of his friends brothers are going to spend over $150 puting together a bike for them lol. This bike USED to be alot of spare parts until the day after i made this thread and he started having problems.

Well I don't know if they're Mongoose or not, I had to grind them to fit barends in after taking these pictures so they might be something else.
