Id get the Macneil Freimuth. reasons why....out of the 3, its the only frame with seat stay break mounts which is a BIG plus if you ever go with a small sprocket/gear ratio. its also has gyro tabs so if you ever want a gyro, there nice to have for a clean look and better performance.

i wouldnt get the STA only because i think its way too heavy.

the PBR is cool, but it dont have what the Macneil has.

the sta is damn good and super strong but a little heavy, the s&m pbr is pretty dang strong, and has a very good weight, and like the standard is american made from usa cro-mo. the macneil is very good as it is also strong, but it is not american made (or uk, germany, france etc) and it uses taiwan/japanese cro mo, so that is a weakness, but it is about $140 dollars cheaper than the other two.

standard - great if you are very harsh on frames and ride alot of street, - if not it may be a bit of an overkill.

s&m - a good all rounder, strong and light - probably the best option if you have the cash

macneil - still a very good frame, but the build quality may be lower and the materials used to make it will be weaker as less resitant to damage - get the macneil if you are running low on cash or just dont want to spemd too much money.
