Ok, when I go off like speed bumps or jump up on curbs or lift my tire up in an attempt to wheelie (bunnyhop), when Im waiting for my friends to come over so we can dirt, when my tire goes down or when I land my head goes down hard. Like in a thrashing motion like im headbanging. After a while my head starts to hurt really bad. :( Wat should I do to prevent this from happening again? :?:

i think your arms stay too tight...once you're in the air, try um...loosening on your arms just a little bit, but still keep grip on your grips.

you're not even bunny hopping, you're just riding over the ramps.
LEARN TO BUNNY HOP and bunny hop OFF the ramps

It's called flossing your ass with your tire. It hsould happen anytime you boost a spine.
