Make the pads touch the rim at exactly the same time

Hmm, i never had to use simple green. I have a chrome rim, eagle claw 2s and Regular Evos. I have alil toe in on the pads, i cleaned the rim when i first set the brakes up and clean the rim maybe twice a month. The other day i was doing abubacas on a 4ft quarter w/o any problems too.

I never clean my chrome rim.

I just play around with my brake arms and pads and have got them perfect
