1 wrong section and 2 dont have ya springs up too tight could damage the cap.... just have it enough so the brakes move back into position...

Have them the loosest they can go, that way it's easier to pull them in and you can use your brakes all day without mad arm pump.

I'm pretty sure the do - Wombles.

All the springs to is take the pad from the rim, a tighter spring means it's harder to pull and releases faster.

i like tight springs(not insane but enough) its just me it improves effeciency and your pads dont get hung up i still dont know how many times i used to get hung up on loose springs and loose manuals and rollouts
