As your name might suggest, you might be dutch in that case (or even else, if you aren't dutch)

unfortunatly it really depends upon how much money you have to spend. tell us how much you are willing to spend and we can help you out.

Im willing to spend up to about $275- $350, around that area. I dont want an expensive bike at first. I'll get a better bike after i get a job. And another thing. What should i look for in a flatland bike? Small frame, light weight ect. WHat else should i look for?

ok im presumming that is us dollars, but considering im from the england, i may not be the biggest help as soe product which i recommend may not be available in the us and the whole exchange rate thing may be a bit off, but i will give it a go:
here are a couple around you price rage (but it is worth noting that flatland bikes are allways a little more pricy than a normal freestyle bike)

HOFFMAN MOMENTUM EL1 - 380 from dans (could save a little more and get it, its very nice)#
http://www.hoffmanbikes.com/04index.html

Twenty parking - £320 (prob too much money really but its very very good, but prob cant get in us i dont think) http://www.twentyvelocross.com/twparking.html

wethepeople pony - £400 - (out of your price range but.....still it has to be one of the best out there)
http://www.wethepeople.de/2004/product.php?nr=61

fly bikes micromachine £400 (sorry once again out of your price range but like the pony it has to be one of the best)
http://www.flybikesbmx.com/productos/bicis_completas/micro.html

but all that info is totaly useless to you really isnt it? cos you will either not be able to afford it or the company does not ship to the us so one of the best things you can do is to look around for any of the above which are second hand but in good condition eg in the back of magazines, web sites etc.

however ALL IS NOT LOST for this is a bike which is in your price range is actually is the shiznitz this bike is the:

KHE MESSERSCHMITT - £290 WHICH SHOULDWORK OUT AROUND $350 OR LESS!!!! i belive this is the bike for you as it comes with 3 -piece alloy cranks, a reall good wheel set, and great bars, forks, and frame so check the link:

or

just in case you missed it here it is again:

KHE MESSERSCHMITT - £290 WHICH SHOULDWORK OUT AROUND $350 OR LESS!!!! i belive this is the bike for you as it comes with 3 -piece alloy cranks, a reall good wheel set, and great bars, forks, and frame so check the link:

or

howver if that is too much money then the only thing i can suggest is to look for second hand rides because as i said flat bikes are often actually quite expensive...even the cheap ones.

hey PUNT..i flatland so think i will be able to help ya out..the BEST site to order from would be from www.flatlandfuel.com ... its owned by pat schoolen who is great guy who can help you out alot..go there onto store then onto COMPLETE BIKES..under that section will be MANY bikes for sale as completes,i own and ride the hoffman EP what is lovely..what you need to look for in a flatland bike is a short frame, short toptube, weight doesnt matter cos ya can just upgrade after time and look for a strong bike as ya dont want a weak one due to you beinfg a begginer..anything like a hoffman, fly micromachine(great bike for you) and ares bikes would be perfect..good luck with getting a bike

i would recomend a hoffman ep 2003 or a fly micromachine
