What is the advantage to having a 3-pc crank.
I am currently desciding whether i should change my 1-pc on my ironhorse to a 3-pc. Is this a good idea?

stronger and looks better, easier to change ams, easier to take apart

Main point is that it is a lot stronger

But dont change some cranks on that kind of bike.. you are better off buying a new complete that have some 3 piecers on them

stronger, easy to put on and remove, last alot longer, and quite a few weigh just as much as a 1 piece. but not all 3 piece cranks are all that strong, forged chromoly and unsealed cranks. but also 1 piece cranks are like always unsealed, you can buy sealed bearings for them but they are expensive

yeah i whould just wait and get a new bike i whould not spend the money for 3pc. on that bike

3 pc cranks

i have the primo powerbite cranks they are so niceeeeeeee and easy to replace a part
you can buy every part in a bmx shop
