    not mail fraud man...thats a feloney

    The charge should be false information, fraud and internet fraud(new area since '98 my wife is a lawyer) it counts along with normal fraud...


    AKA...feel sorry for the guy. That will atleast get him probation.

    My Uncle worked for the US Post Office...for 17yrs

    a guy stole a letter(1 letter) from a mailbox and he reported him...the guy got 1 year in jail, 10k fine, and 5yrs probation

    It is a VERY serious offence, be sure you wana report him before you do. You could ruin his life.

    yeh thanks for the heads up.
    i have yet to report him. but i havent talked to him for along time (he just randomly left off aim one day and when i talked he said he was his dad or brother or something) and then signed off for about 3 weeeks now... its been almost 1.5 months and no headset.....

    As I said you nut sack...proof is on the post. And I am offering FULL recipts(with serial#'s) So get of my jock. Much as you may like it, I don't swing your way.

    No, I was just saying I would hit him with a feloney 3, for fraud. It will get him a fine(and a refund or headset for you) and not send him to state prison. Now I admit I had the fool locked up who stole my wife's Trek. But it was a 2k bike. A headset isn't that much...even a KING isn't that much.

    So, choose what you want done carefuly. If you have his email, you have his IP address. That is enough for a 100.00 fine, and they will monitor him for 6-12months on the net.
