[Review] Animal ASM

I have been riding this tire on the rear for about 2 and a half months now and it has been nothing but good news.
This is one tough tire and has put up with a lot of shit that i give it.
The rubber is super-sticky but still hardwearing and the sidewalls are very thick.
I ride my tire at 95psi(maximum of 110psi), and i ride brakes meaning i dont wear it down with my foot.
By my standards(pretty tough) this tire has been great for the price and I will not ride anything else.
This tire has taken me through 5+ft drop-offs and me smashing my wheel on the coping after I took a bad hip and I have still not got a pinch flat.

10/10 Because nothings perfect....Apart from this!

Pretty good review, though I personally think you rated it too high. The bead on mine frayed a bit after not riding too long, but the bead on my Odyssey Path tore completely off so it's comparably pretty good. Forget about riding brakeless with this thing too, and forget about riding on smooth dusty/wet surfaces, but its amazing for the rough stuff you would find riding street and a park that has swept decently.

i don't realy like the look of the tire on a bike, but i think they are good i guy i now had them and he sead they are good tire's

I have the animal GLH tires, and I <3 them so much. I might get one of these on the back, with a new GLH tire on the front.

I have the ASM in the front for like half a year. I never, and I mean NEVER had a pinch flat with this tire.

I run a pair of GLH's and love em.
They grip well on street riding, and I find even in the rain they stop me nicely.
The asm is ok on clean surfaces, that are smooth. a bit of dust and things like coblestone and your going down hard.
I tried an ASM, "tried".... all I have to say.
Go with a maxxis mircle tire if you want a smooth ride with better grip.

I love thoes tires. I've got one in the back and I'd say it's only downfall is riding in the cold.

I had this tyre for 2 weeks and got two pinch flats in that time, including a big gash in it... I guess it's like every other tyre, some have good experiences... And some don't.

Ive heard that the ASM's have different edges in the tires so you can tell how much tread has been taken off and wether you need to buy another pair of ASM's...i ride more of everything nd the ASM woul be too slick for me...but the GLH is amazing for all-terrain...park, dirt, street...everything
so what...i ride a haro...its cause i cant afford anything else...shmucks

i love it. amazing tire on concrete or asphalt. but it's horrible on indoor parks. it's super slippery.
