well buddy,i am in need of tech help  too,so i know how it feels !

that is a 1 pc crank,it may not be worth spraying the frame because it is either low quality or oldschool.

however i have removed that bolt back when  had a 2000 gt,id get one of these :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wrench,then spray wd40 and see if that loosens it ,it is vital to have the right size wrench and apply quite a lot of pressure to make the nut budge :)

have lots of parts for sale http://www.bmx-forum.com/t/253702/sprocket-spacers-and-general-spares#post_3611875 want to sell before the 30th july ,brands such as t1,shadow ,animal,amber,salt.gt.

seems like a giant waste of time. those one-piece cranks are not very strong, so after you take that bike all apart and paint it, it's not going to last you. better to ride it into the ground and save your pennies.

but so you know what to do with that bottom bracket, read this: http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/one-piece-bottom-bracket-service

stop whining and go ride your bike.
