Old School trick name

Alright here's a question for you old schoolers,

I have been trying to think of a name of a trick, and  Iwill describe it the best I can here, if anyone can help me out with the name I would greatly appreciate it.  You never see it anymore, and I have been working on it and it I almost landed it.  The trick is:

Like a "reverse tail-spin" where your body and the handle bars rotate around the bike, but the frame stays in the same place.

Basically you rotate around with the handle bars instead of the frame rotating and the handlebars and you stay in place.

What is the name of it? I used to know, but forgot, damn I feel old with the kiddies out there.....

Is this a jump?  Then it would be a decade--and not all that old school since there still are very few guys who can do a decade jump.  If the rear tire is on the ground while the front tire is in the air, it's still a decade.  But if both wheels are on the ground, it's a boomarang.
