sorry to say but a cheapie u can see where the chain guard tab used to be on top of the bb

try bmx museum they can help u a lil further

Ok I've checked round the net and found these , the dropouts on the first link I've posted seem to be the same with the oval cut out .

its probably a Flinstone co. FMP 740 000 BC. frame.

Looking at the links above it seems it is more likely a ammaco mongoose wire wheel

Cool Ripper. But you got your brakes on the wrong end of the bike haha. Just kidding. I raced a Ripper in '90-'92. Loved it. Unfortunately once PK (Fuji) went overseas, their bikes are garbage (TO ME). Some people love them, but the proof is in the pudding and many people are very unhappy with the last couple years of bikes they've been pumping out. 

Here's the last one I will own. USA made '93 Floval Flyer
