It's hard to say. The old Schwinn Crate bikes used that style of frame, but it was also heavily duplicated by other companies. Look for a schwinn head badge or even the holes that would have held the badge on. If the welds look like they were ground down, it might be a Schwinn. Best bet is to post on BMX Museum and see what someone says.

Its on my local craigslist for $130, the tiger print seat and the "skyscraper" sissy bar are what's makin me like it alot..
