thats impossible to run 113mph in 11 seconds flat, just to tell you i work at a drag strip and build race engines. to run 11 seconds flat your MPH would have to be around at least 120-ish. so that would mean your car has all low end torque. i didnt read what kind of car u have but if its some kind of honda ricer shyt...the answer is no u would not have that good of a 60 foot to hit 11 seconds going 113MPH. O do u also have a rollbar in your car??????? cuz u need one to run faster than a 11.4999 under NHRA and IHRA rules.

I've done all the body work (fixing rust, welding new sheet metal in, sanding, priming), all the enigne work, and the interior (painting parts, installing new carpet, installing sound dampner), and im 15

Its gonna be painted soon.

But it has:
Dual 3" Flowmaster exhaust, 17" Rims, 2 12" 1000 watt Orion subs, B&M Megashifter, 350ci Chevy V8, Grant GT steering wheel, Kenwood hed unit, and new tires

I guess you being 15 explains why the primer job is so horrible ?

I have a b16 in my hatch and smoked mustangs all the times.. any year of mustangs... still smoked newest mustang cobra so easy.
