[How To] Invert

1. Doing a really clicked "table" that is upside down is basically an invert, but old school tables are done very differently. This one is for the new school invert.

2.The easiest way to learn thistrick is over a box jump or a spine. Go fast for more air to give you more time to click the invert.

3. As you approach the lip of the jump, be already focused on bringing your inside arm underneath your outer arm. You basically want to swap places with each arm to make the bike turn upside down.

4. The key to learning thistrick is to not hesitate. Just do the arm motion quickly so that you have time. As your arms begin to swap places, your front leg should be bending perpendicular to your toptube to go across it. Your foot will come off of the pedal and will hug the crank arm. As for yourback foot, just don't let it get in the way. It will probably stay on the pedal.

5. The bike is easier to click if it is angled upward. Thehuman bodycan warpthe bike easier this way. Just shove the outside arm to the opposite side it starts on and suck theother arm underneath your outer-arm's armpit.

6. Coming out is ano brainer.Just unravel yourself and it will come naturally. The only part of this trick that holds me back sometimes is my footposition and bike angle. It will probably take a long time to get your inverts clicked to where they hit your shoulder, but they feel so good when youfinally do them right.
