    Default Need some advice! D:

Hey guys I recently got my first bmx and practiced bunny hops(getting pretty good)/manuals and such. BUt now I would really like to learn 180's

Thing is I cant even do a 90, what I mean by this is.. I get the full rotation of a 90 but the rear tire doesn't lift up :/

I am basically just lifting my front tire and placing it at the 90 position

Do you guys have any tips on doing 90's properly and actually getting the damn rear wheel up :/

    Thanks!

commit! turn your head and look at your landing, never stop looking at the landing or else you'll just do a little 90

bend your knees, you need to do a little tuck when you 180, it's basically like a bunny hop. also good advice is to use weight to your advantage, what i mean is don't be afraid to lean out to get more momentum, look at some videos of people doing and try to replicate.

    otherwise... practice, practice, practice.

Tyler said it, carve in a bit, and as you air, turn your head round and look at the back wheel. I bet if you do this, it will work. Just try it, it's the advice that helped me learn, and after that 360's were a breeze.
