Trick Description:
While rolling your spin your bike 360 degrees, starting with 180° on the front wheel and then 180° on the back wheel. This Trick can be done clockwise and anti-clockwise.
Learn before: Endo
HOWTO:
Begin with a slight left turn, followed by a quick right turn...
Keep your body weight leaning to the right side and the lean forward quickly.
... Use your front brake and turn the handlebar about 90° to the right direction. The speed will bring up your back wheel and you turn the bike.
Take advantage of the momentum and keep turning your handlebar to the right side. The bike will follows this movement and keeps turning too.
You can use the feet for assistance to pull the pedals horizontally while spinning. It's easier to make the full 180° that way.
As soon as the back wheel hits the street you pull the back brake....
... and lean back very quickly. Start lifting the front wheel...
... and turn your handlebar to the right side. I
Stretch your legs and try to get some physical tension...
If you did everything right, the rest of the Rockwalk should be very easy.
... - Finished! You can do Rockwalks now.
For most Beginners it's difficult to do the first 180°. Like most tricks, also the Rockwalk is easier if you don't ride to slowly – at least modearate speed.
