1985- "January. Redline debuts the RL-20II; a state of the art freestyle bike with twin top tubes that wraps around the headtube, and intergrated rear standing platforms on the bottom chainstays. Redline accurately describes it as "exotic."
This was 2 years after the RL20 first came out, which was considered the first freestyle specific bike. But the RL20 II was desired heavily because of the updated features, which pretty much set the standard for freestyle frames for the next 10 years or so. It's an industry icon! The first with all the high tech features!

i was on ebay few months back i think the one from the movie rad was on there it got up to $6,000 plus the yellow to chrome model but they mostly go for $300-$1000

was a black to grey fade 88 model now in a mirage color purple/green/ blue i had forever bars forks and frame are oe rest is misc bikes and this wont let me post pics
