i hope you have something under that truck so its not just draggin on body and frame....

FRAME IS WHERE ITS AT!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTVbmoFC0lE
Thats mine, dragging rear chassis, pinch (rocker) and a little bit of tub!!

Cant drag the front any more, getting too close to my sump, even with a engine lift lol.

Got plenty of footage. In the process of making a movie but that wont be up for a while. your Dime looks good man. Real clean, nice rims. Not a fan of the bolt in rear link though. Get the welder out!!

drag frame or go home is my opinion. hitch balls and blocks are just asking for an accident. one getting caught on a manhole or something, breaking off and flying through someone window. i cant drag anymore since i put 20s on. ive got to tub the firewall to make the front lay out again.

picked her up a week ago, 2003 s10 2wd ext cab 2.2A with loww miles, daily driver awaiting zq8 rims/swaybar and 5/6, ss mirrors are being painted tuesday
already painted the grille and handles to match, debadged it and put the dvd player indash in along with clear corners

got denied on bagging it

for some reason the front wheels look like they stick out really far, its just the picture and how the wheel was turned

I'm gonna drop my ram a couple inches, not much of a minitruck, in fact it's a full size truck haha.

The axle does not move...
Its the body and frame that goes up and down...

So if you mount it to the axle the bike will stay in one place, but the truck will go up and down..
Just food for thought.

And thanks drtysthrdr.

Bagged means Air Bagged
Another word for air adjustable suspension,
A term you'd be more familiar with is hydraulics, they can raise and lower the height of their truck at any point so they aren't always dragging like that.

But you do have to love seeing a truck sitting on the chassis when its parked =]

Hydraulics are different than air bags, though. Hydros are alot stiffer while driving, so the ride is kind of uncomfortable. Air bags give quite a bit, so the ride is smoother for the people. and hydraulics usually pop up a little faster. Im not sure if you can slow them down or not. I know air bags you can.

And this is what I want to have. Bought a 87 Mazda 2200 when I was home on R&R from Iraq. Didn't get to work on it, and my wife got pregnant then with our second kid. I sold it cuz I couldn't really have a 3 seater with 2 small kids. Eh, I'll find another one someday. Didn't really want to mess with Z'in the front or dream beams. might just get a titan, xterra, or frontier ( i like nissan) and work on that.

parents just told me they dont give a FCK what i do to my truck, because it is mine. so i can bag the new 2003!

got to wait till springtime to do it, as its my daily driver and i cant have the truck shut down for more than a few hours as i have to go to work and such.

will be laying frame and dragging the living SHT out of her before summer 8)

anyone know of a certain type of minitruck perfect for me? I'm looking into getting one based on performance not so much in the bagged suspension.. I like the practicality of the mini-trucks for bikes and stuff but would like some power out of one to. Any recommendations on what to look for?
