View Full Version : Manual Help
I need some help with manuals. I can only ride them about 5 feet no matter how much speed I have.

I not scared to fall off. I busted my ass plenty of times already but I try pumping my legs nonetheless.

even if you do fall off you just land on your feet and keep hold of handle bars

just keep practising
work on your balance
something that helps with the balance is to find something to hold on to
like a truck put your bike in manual position grab the truck with one hand and the handlebars with the other and put your feet on the peddles
just hold it there and keep trying to stay balanced there when you let go of the truck
when you got that down start pedaling
and the truck shouldnt be moving
thats pretty important
keep it real

pull back hard with bent knees, if you feel the front start to drop, straighten your legs to pick it up. then re-bend ur legs so you are ready to repeat the movement.
