So this is my old bike, the stem, fork, frame, seat post, cranks, sprocket, and I think thats it? So yeah, is this thing even worth any money? It's pretty old, I got it in 3rd grade from my cousin who had it for a while, so here are the pictures.

Robinson was the premiere race bike to get on long island. very cool bike; nice condition!

Thanks man, do you know what it's worth? Because it's just sitting around collecting dust so I figured I'd sell it.

Yeah the stem, sprocket and seat post clamp are all GT, and the pedals were GT before they broke.

That's a mid-school Robby, probably 1994 or so. That old axle extender has no place being on that frame! :)

Yeah, it's pretty much just hanging out there because it has nowhere else to go haha.

Where could I sell this thing? Is there any site for older bikes where I could sell it? Because the classified section on this site doesn't seem to be working because everyone there is looking for freecoasters and Ti stuff.

Funny how all the brands GT bought out have fallen by the wayside. Dyno, Auburn, Robinson, Powerlite... Now GT is owned by Pacific Cycles, who also own Mongoose.

They were decent right off the bat with Dyno, GT, Robinson, Auburn, when riders were still involved in design. But once the whole Pacific thing happened, they went to total crap. White collars have no business running a bicycle company.

That Robinson was comparable to the Dyno NSX of that era, maybe a little higher end. I worked in a shop back then and we sold a few, but the Dynos were the hot ticket.

I dunno, shouldn't be that bad for basic ground shipping.

Edit: Less that $20 for sure.
