does anyones wrists hurt when they ride (well not so much riding its more when i get to bunnyhoping and jumping ramps)?
i was just wondering cause ive been doing this bmx stuff for like 3 weeks now (i guess u can call me a noob) and my wrists are yet to stop hurting when i jump and stuff and they keep on hurting 15 - 45 minutes after i finish. The pain starts almost immediatly after a jump or barspin or watever. And when i turn my hand to see my palm from my wrist, my wrist gets all weak and it starts hurting...

its just a weird position for ur wrists. I dont do park or anything, i race. But when I started doing gates, we have to roll our wrists really far forward, it was super uncomfortable. You just have to get your muscles to stretch weird ways, welcome to BMX lol

Stop slamming down on the front wheel and it'll go away.

I'm having a similar problem. My wrists are sore, and they stay sore long after I'm done riding. It's not from landing hard on the front tire, 'cause I don't have any problem with that. I just push past the pain and I've been assuming I'd get used to the pain, but it's been hurting for about a two weeks. I even took a few days off my bike just to see if they would stop hurting, but it didn't help. I guess lifting weights doesn't do anything to help my wrist pains either, but I guess I'll just man up and get used to it, since now it looks like it's something common. I was worrying that maybe I pulled something.
