does anyone else get huge scabs on the inside of your nose from doing faceplants?

i've only gotten scabs in my noise from picking it.
i have gotten a few on it from face planting though.

i've got scars next to my right eye, under my nose and chipped my nose and lip.
and also fracture my neck, skull and broke my cheekbone from it.

I had a scar from trying a manual, looped out held tight on my handlebars, landed on my face scraped my upper lip and upper nose.

No scar no heeled up.
