Ok so earlier today i was doing a no-handed footjam endo and i was going a little too fast. When i went to jump out of the trick, my foot got caught and i fell hard and flat on my stomach. Its been like 2 hours since then and right now I have this really bad pain right in my groin area. It only hurts if im getting up and have to use my stomach muscles. Any idea on what I could of done???

Pull a muscle in your stomach area somehow? Or hit something in there hard and its bruised, or internally bleeding, or broke a rib. Theres 137 possibilities i worked it out. If it continues on to tommrow get a doctor to check it out its the safest bet. I would go today though.

ya, go to the doctor man, cause you could have bruised your ribs, or maybe internal bleeding like justincarter said.....

I dont think it could have been my ribs cause its way lower than my ribs. IT seems to have settled down a bit today so ill maybe wait it out one more day and if it still hurts ill go check out the doctor

Umm....i geuss it could be a flatland trick but its actually really easy. You just do a footjam endo and let go with both hands and throw them in the air like a tuck no hander. It looks better the more vertical you are so i was almost straight up and down then i started to fall forward.

does it feel like a burning pain, but only when you move in certain positions?
if so, i did this also and its nothing serious...just dot put strain onyour body for a few days and you should be 100% better

it sound like a pulled groin muscle happens to me all the time in soccer, or it could be a hernia, I got one of those when I landed on my bar end.
