alright so i just started learning 180's but i have an issue almost every time i dont land one i mess up my ankle i cant tell where its hitting but as i write this im looking at it and its pretty bad enough blood to make me come home which i ddnt wanna really every time i dont land em perfect i get ripped up
so what im asking is ne adivce on not having this happen or nething i can use to put over my ankle thats not bulgey and awkward
