Hey!
On friday I sprained my ankle when I tried to manual a ledge.
The doctor told me that it will take about 1 week to heal.
But I want to know whether it can heal faster. I really want to walk again and I'll write a test on friday that I don't want to miss.

Just stay off your ankle and try to keep it elevated as much as possible. Ice is supposed to help but it never did anything for me when i f*cked my ankles skateboarding

Let it heal man, its the best advice. Ive pulled lots of muscles and have had experience. I was like you and anciex to get on it again, i did and i have regreted it since the muscle i pulled was my ham and i can still feel it from time to time.

I sprained my ankle pretty badly once, to the point where there was a pinching pain in it 6+ months after i did it. When i first got it checked i got an aircast for it which was the best thing EVER! See if you can get one, it will help keep it in place when you walk. I also used it to ride after it healed enough to were i could, whats good about it is that it will keep your ankle from rolling and being sprained again.
