You should wear a helmet because i found out the hard way i tryed jumpin a mates bike like bunnyhoppin it and didnt make it and cliped it with my back wheel and over i want lol. i got 11 stiches and lost 5 teeth and regret it heapz but it wont put me off my bmx........ so in other words wear a helmet for your own sake because you will regret it.

OUCH. That looks nasty. Better start using my helmet again.
Losing teeth has gotta suck, part of the reason I'd rock a full face if I had one.

...The absolute grossest part of both of those pictures is the puddle of blood, the chunk of hair, and that tooth. *Shudder.*

it's going to sound stupid but unless you are riding someplace with no traffic, and you plan to keep both rollers on the ground you should defiantly wear every bit of protective gear available.
I ALWAYS wear a helmet, eye pro, and gloves...and typically long pants as well. ...and I only ride with both on the ground for the most part.
I see A LOT of STUPID injuries daily that should have, and could have easily been avoided....

wats the point of ridin with both wheels on the ground? thats not the point of this sport! yes we may get injured easily but hey we're trying new things.
