We all know wholewheat bread is realy good for you. That and other grain products all contain vitamin E, which helps with your muscle soreness after a long hit at the park. But most of the time your body doesnt absorb alot of it and you just crap the stuff out. Peanut butter is a good souce of fat that is aculty good for you, spreading some on allows you to get the best out of you bread.

Most people dont have enough iron, making themselves not able to concentrate, feel irrated, and make you feel tired. Just dont do this overdoes. So eat your oatmeal or whatever god damn cereal your eating cause theres a likley chance theres alot of iron in it unless your talking about lucky charms which i highly doubt has alot of iron just check the nutrients facts, but put some fruits that contain vitamin c in there, it helps you absorb the iron. ANd if u cant think of something to mix the ceral in look on the pictures of cereal boxes(strawberies)..

I dislike wholewheat bread... but actually every thing you said is most likely true.

Buy a multi-vit. and be sure it has the reccomended daily allowance of Iron as well vit- A, B, B12, B6, K, C, as well as being high in anti-oxidents and amino acids.

Gel cap types are best, but if you have to get the tablets.

A balanced diet... and I don't mean a burger in one hand and cola in the other!!! If you eat a resonably balanced diet with a mix of fruit, veg, sugars, protien, carbs and the like you'll be fine.

We're BMXers, we ride bikes and burn off calories at a phenomenal rate compared to couch-tatties who play computer games all day.

Try and eat high energy foods 1/2 - 1 hr before you ride as well as protien and carb rich food. When you work the muscle you'll help to rebuild it quicker and stronger.

Fags and Beer seem to go hand-in-hand with BMX and I don't have an issue with them (although I don't smoke) but you do need to moderate them and eat plenty.

Also, if like me you are small with a high metabolism I find 5-6 small 'eats' per day are better than loading up with 3 bigger meals!!!

Thats what you must do. Protien also helps repair the body when damaged(like bones and tendons...hint,hint).

If your...well a twig and never can gain weight. Aim for as many as 4000-5000 calories a day. Split it up 45% carbs 40% protein and 10% fat. And ALWAYS eat a high protien(or even protien shake) about 30min before you ride. And agian with carbs after. This way your muscle has all it needs to rebuild. Split up that intake of food into 4-7 meals a day. Eat healthy still and try to get in a serving or protien before bed as well.

Bet you you get bigger as far as muscle goes. Now, eat McDonalds daily...you'll get fat and some muscle.

And stretch after you ride...warm up before.

I am a trainer...but not of any pro. Atleast not yet I do ride with this one guy I train and he is getting very good. Matter fact, thanks for the reminder. I need to call Zack at Mutiny and put in a word on the kid. I think he could atleast make a flow team. He can do whips off anything, he almost has flairs and is only 15...so he can only get better(if he stays healthy).

but for me a burger is great for me, not those taht are from mc donalds though. well mc donalds crap is the crap you should stay away from, i dont mind eating a shitload of food(if not junk) cuz i need alot because im always trying to get in shape and i dont really have a begin fat problem but tahts just me...

i try to do that even thoguh im not a twig its hard though..
