i broke my left arm in 7 places, compound fracture, the bone came out of my skin, 3 surgeries 45 stitches 4 months later..it was so worth it..i got three bitchin scars now =D

I've broken my left thumb twice, but not from riding.

I've gotten hurt plenty of times while riding, but never broken anything. Kinda surprising considering my main riding of choice is actually freeride and not BMX. I've fallen damn hard a few times though....

Torn ACL, torn MCL, the other ACL has a partial tear I need to have fixed soon, bone spur in ankles(both), 2 broken writs, broken foot, dislocated shoulder, hyper extended both knees and right elbow, 5 broken hands, scar on my back from my seat hitting me from 15ft up(nasty pain), torn up shins, right elbow now has arhritus...

Damn i'll stop their. :lol: :lol: :lol:

But, won't stop riding...27yrs(soon 28)...and won't stop now.

landed on my head from a ledge about 4 feet high. Little fracture in my skull, but the blood all colected there to form the bruise was pushing my brain over like a whole centimeter, which doesnt sound a lot, but for your brain it IS!...they said i shuolda been in a coma, because any normal person woulda been, but i guess i was just too good.

they wanted to do surgery...like drill 2 nickle sized holes in my skull to drain all the blood and relieve all the pressure on my brain, or they said i would suffer major brain damage which would lost all my motar skills (that part of the brain) but we chose not to do the surgery because of all the risks...and the blood eventually all dissolved back into my blood stream over like 2 months and my brain moved back to its normal position (all with no ramifications at all. its just like it never happened.) best part is, it was on a ledge at the hospital, but im too stuborn to go to hospitals if i dont have to. (thought i didnt have to) so i just got up and rode home. Then i barfed like 100 times, and my mom got REALLY worried and took me to the er. then ambulance to the big hospital in the capital, and sat in a bed for a week in the hosptal. BAD NEWS BEARS!

i guess im lucky so far its all small things ibu ive fallen off a 3 and a half foot rail onto my head ive wrecked my knee many times tonight i rolled my ankle riding a parking lot lmao...worst of all was when i broke my rib...smithing a 6ft halfpipe and i fell back in...6 foot drop to barend in rib:S
but man sweetman really wrecked himself...definetly keep riding tho

lol i rolled my ankle tonight too! trying to double peg a 22" manual pad/box thing i built. took my foot off and heard a pop... it's not a bad one though.. couple of days i'll be back on.

Cracked sternum hurt the worse of the rest. Considering it is in the middle of your chest so I couldn't sleep on either one of my sides because of the pressure it applied on it. Couldnt sleep on my stomach for obvious reasons. And anytime I moved my arms it hurt like a f*cker!

another one i stacked it face 1st at school camp, they were small, really small dirt jumps. i got alrite air sorta did a 50/50 n my front tire landed side ways, i grazed my hole left cheek, my mouth was swolling for a week or so i had to have baby food, and yeh

another one but on a racing bike, chain slipped face first on the road, grazed near my eye and chin, shoulder, arm and legs, iv even got pics. if people dont belive

dislocated jaw , fracture jaw twice, and the worst of all my crashes was when my friends got me up on a trailer in the old trailer court i use to live in , put a kicker off the ledge and then attempted to jump off and flatland over 10 feet below :) i twisted both ankles , sprained both wrists and both my thumbs and had a cincussion

Not really that bad, but I hate it when your foot slips off the pedals and the pedal slides up your shin digging out a nice pattern of your pedals grip. That happened to me once but it wasn't that deep. It happened to my brother twice and both times were pretty deep. I don't even think his shin healed from the first one then it happened again.

impaled my thigh with my bars (no barends) = 12 stitches and a month off riding.
other than that ive only had chipped bones and a few messed twndons in my fingers and toes, ive been pretty lucky so far...touch wood.

Ok this is gonna sound weird but my worst injury is when i feel off my bike and jumped onto a sewer cover... then the sewer cover broke and my left leg went into it leaving me with HUGE bruises and grazes and a decent gash on my leg. Ohya my NEW van(left one) smell like f**king sh!t now!

ive got nuthin too serious.
i slipped a pedal and sliced through my skin down to the bone on my right shin. the wierd thing was that it didnt bleed at all, not even a drop. then i went to the hospitol and got 20 nice stiches.

(last year) i was at my first practice ever at my local track and i started jumping these big doubles and tables and i went through one time and overcleared a table that went into a turn and landed into the turn(asphalt) and it took a chunk of meat out of my arm.. pretty bad scar.

later on into the season i was manueling the step up going into the first turn(also asphalt) and my friend jumped and whipped out and his tire almost hit me so i lost balance and landed in to the turn... again and looped out and ripped a hole in my NEW gloves and it took a chunk of meat out of my hand and my other arm.

later on from then i over cleared the table again(we had it extended at this point) and landed on the asphalt turn and made a scar ontop of a scar.

i need to add to this but.... these accidents were from riding bikes but not "riding" like i do now.. it was riding like every 10 year old does..
when i had training wheels i tried to slam on brakes and throw gravel like my older brother and it threw me on my forehead i got seven stitches. when i was like 10 i popped my first wheelie and turn my handle bars which made me crash got rocks in my knee.. when i was 15 i took a turn really fast after going downhill hit the pedal and slid along the asphault on my leg. my entire leg had road rash... it sucked cause it was the day before my first day at a new school and i had a 12inX5in scab on my leg...nice for the ladies. plus it was fall baseball season and hundreds of gnats would get in my huge scab... NASTY!! after that one i never rode another bike till i was 21... it was actually a bmx style bike but i didn't do anything with it... i think it was my brothers.
