I know what you mean, i can't seem to keep my back end from swinging out. Can anyone give me any tips? Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

i had it for a bit, didn't try em for about a year. then i decided i could do x-ups cos they're easy. straighten your legs and kick the back end out the other way, then twist the bars.
