Sounds straightforward but you'll soon find out it's harder than it looks at times, so a few tricks and tips won't go amiss.
Fitting: Trick and Tips
Put hair spray in the grips, shack and then slide on and let dry.
Put laquer in the grips. shack then sideon and let dry.
Put paint in the grips. shack then sideon and let dry.
Put deoderant in the grips. shack then sideon and let dry.
Put water in the grips. shack then sideon and let dry.
Put WD40 in the grips. shack then sideon and let dry.
Put sprayable glue in the grips. shack then sideon and let dry.
Use an air compressor.
Removing: Trick and Tips
Put some washing up liquid or thin oil on a knife and slide it under the grip.
Twist the grip with the knife still under the grip and hay presto the grip will now pull straight off.
Remember to washing the crap form inside the grip before re-fitting.
