sorry if there's already a thread for this, but i searched and nothing came up.

i just picked up a 92 mustang lx with minor stuff done to it like equal length shorty headers and flowmasters. i've also done a bunch of little interior stuff like pro 5.0 shifter, steeda shift lever, and race style seats. along with cobra copy wheels, 255/40 kumho ecsta spt tires and cobra side skirts and rear bumper cover.

Ewwwww I hate the early and mid 90s mustangs, They are sooo ugly, the backend is like nothing speacial and the front end looks like its off a taurus... Ugly...

Keep going and you can get up to tuner, but hey nice car man, a car is a car... I mean highschoolers think there neons are awsome just cuz its a car...

I like mustangs, my dad had a '91 GT, it was pretty sweet, he had some stuff done to it (I don't remember what) but it sounded mean.

ooh, my bad, i didn't know it meant that. but i dont really have any cosmetic enhancements. basically just exhaust and headers and a few little interior things, but either way, sick truck. i had a 96 turbo diesel f-250, up 2 inches, on 33's. it's what i traded for my mustang.

mustang drivers are almost as bad as import drivers, yes theres some awesome people that drive mustangs and love them and drive them normally but also have them tuned nicely.

just like imports, theres some that race them and dont care about a fart can and wing.

but theres times where idiots in mustangs sit there and want to race down the main street past the cop station just cause they have a v8 and think its fast.

the thing ihate, is everyone assumes, oh its a mustang its super fast.. who cares if its fast, ill drive past you going the speedlimit while ur getting a ticket for speeding :D

you want to see my vehicle? its a 1992 dodge dakota 5spd v6, 4x4. the cheapest lift kit i can find is $1800 for 4inches... thats alot.. i have a 12" kicker comp in it due to it being the only sub i have and got it for free, i dont rattle peoples houses, i like my ears its just for SQ.
i paid $1200 and $200 for a new radiator, $35 for wiring kit from walmart and fuses, then the few modifications ive done

the funny thing is, most people that get a mustang all go oh its a mustang i need 800hp, then dont even put big brakes on to slow the car down.



as you can see i go offroading in it till i save enough for a new offroad rig. i dont wax the truck, i rarely even wash it, havnt washed it in 3 weeks.

chances are most of you that would get a "fast mustang v8" would try and race on the streets.
the one thing thats funny, is while ur floored and hauling ass down the street, ill be cruising along speedlimit, and bam if we collide head on, since im the taller vehicle, ur front end will go under mine and ill run you over, smashing you and your v8 mustang.

also i have 4wheel drive and higher off the ground, so if ur chasing me, all i have to do is go off the road with my little 200hp v6 and you dont stand much of a chance especially in mud :D not trying to start a flame war, i just hate mustangs and imports, they get the whole "i got a v8 i HAVE to floor it and race everyone i see to brag"
some import drivers like them because they get good gas mileage and they like them.

ever seen the nhra? some of those import 4cyls are giving the v8 mustangs a run for their money.. makes me giggle

i'm not trying to start an argument, but you know, every time you post, you go on a rant like that, and this time, you said a lot of pointless garbage. it's all stereotypical bullshit, i have this car with just over 260 horsepower with the minor modifications i've done to it and that's where it'll stay. no, i'm not into it so i can go fast and race imports, nor do i drive like a dick just because i can. i have it because my father got one when i was a kid and i fell in love with the car and hoped that some day i could have one like his. well, here it is, my own foxbody. most of what you said didn't even make sense. that comment about having tons of power and not having good brakes to stop it? the first thing 9 out of 10 people who have mustangs like mine do is put the sn-95 brake conversion in it, meaning they can run a much larger selection of wheels and much better brakes. so do me a favor and look into what you're talking about before you actually talk about it. now, before this thread gets completely ruined, lets just use it for what i meant it for, and that's to show people what you're driving, not talk shit about everyone else's cars.

i drive an (almost) classic porsche 944. original old skool style, super cheap, and handles like a sportscar should. plus the detachable sunroof is HUGE, and i can fit two bikes in the back. :D

it's clean as hell,white,and runing on newer prosche 911 rims.


I would pick it up,but I am 6'2",and it's harder to get in then anything I have driven.
