We just got back a week or so ago from Interbike tradeshow and wanted to take this opportunity to let all of you have a sneak peek of Shadow's 2007 product collection. Over the next week we are going to be releasing our new products for all of you to get a little look as to what is to come. Anything listed in this feature area will more than likely not be available untill early 2007 so please be patient. Thanks again for all the support and hope you guys enjoy all of our hard work.

FORKS WILL BE HITTING EARLY 2007

CREEPER FORK DETAILS:
The Shadow Conspiracy introduces two fork designs- the O26 and the 035 which offers the rider more options to customize handling and better fit your riding style.
The O26 is designed to create a steeper rake which will allow for faster turning response. Ideal for front end tricks.

The fork legs of the O26 have a unique feature -The leg and bottom cap are formed together as one tube. Creating less welds ultimately creating a stronger fork leg.

The O35 has a normal offset, giving a slower turning response. Best suited for trails or a more traditional ride. Both forks are constructed with butted tubing along with internally and externally machined steer tube and tapered fork legs for strength and weight reduction.

Shadow is offering a life time warranty on all forks to original owner. For details review warranty section on the Shadow site.

TORRID CRANKS WILL BE HITTING EARLY 2007

TORRID CRANK DETAILS:
The Shadow Conspiracy has been working on designing a crank for the past 2 years that can meet the demands of BMX without over building or sacrificing strength for weight.

Shadow’s first step was to develop box shaped arms which create a stronger crank arm, less prone to twisting or bending compared to a tubular crank.

The second step was to make the pedal / spindle bosses and the BackBone all one unit. This reduces the amount of welds in the high stress areas of the crank arm.

Shadow decided that making a one unit BackBone and bosses creates perfectly aligned pedal and spindle bosses, ensuring strength and alignment.

The Umbra Post is designed to simplify assembly and be one of the lightest post on the market. One hex bolt, spring loaded seat guts and oval inner CNC machining achieve these goals.

NOSTRA PEDAL
SEALED, UNSEALED
Sealed, 1 needle bearing, 1 sealed bearing
4140 spindle, deep concave design

Details:
The Nostra pedal is designed to give the rider a light and durable pedal.
One of the biggest improvements The Shadow Conspiracy came up with is
our pin assembly. The holes in the pedal are vertically aligned and the pins
have hex heads on each side of the pin. This allows the pin to be installed
and removed in the same direction. Eliminating pulling a ground down pin
through the threads and destroying the pin hole.
Another feature is the pattern on the pedal surface which will reduce dirt
build up but also grip your shoe like no other pattern on the market.

Old news...

But, I am waiting for a full test on the cranks. With cranks your either perfect and they are great...or the suck.

BMXONLINE should have a test up soon.

I've seen the pedals, they look like a cooler version of the Primo pedals, but with Shadow's own spice.

The pin placement on the pedals is exactly like the placement of Jim C's. They look like very similar pedals.
