I dont know what to look for as far as brakes are concerned but those look pretty sweet; the burgundy red looks cool im happy their not BRIGHT red.

I'm just SOOOOOO glad to see more options insted of strictly Fly brakes for low profile brakes. Now theres the Flys, Evo2's, and the Vulcans. Pretty happy with that.

FLYS= Evolvers with a lower stack height and a slightly stiffer arm.

EVOII's /REVENGE/ Volume/ Primo

All low stacks and all very close to Flys in stopping power. It was just a matter of time till FLY lost sales to other compines. Waiting for the price to drop. When Evolvers came out(most didn't ride yet that are members of this forum) they ran at about 45$. Flys's price will drop soon...and so will Revenge with the sealed bearings.

Revenge should have dropped it's price a while ago, they were seling the fact that they have sealed bearings, which is unecessary. So they didn't sell a whole lot.

Well, I agree seeing you can do the same to Evolvers. But, the sealed bearings do make them ALOT smoother. I tried EmilyD's trick with putting bearings in Evolvers and they worked a hell of alot better. But, it is a pain to do...enter Revenge. However, seeing you can do it to almost any brake at home. Why not? And then just do it yourself.

There is no point in the bearings as the bushings are still being used. It wont feel any smoother.

I wounder if they are squishy like the revenge brakes because they have the bearings at all i hate the way it feels i like it to be stiff!

nevermind... i thought demolition said that, but it was albes... this is what albes said:
DEMOLITION HAS LOOKED AT ALL THE GOOD BRAKES ON THE MARKET AND USE ALL THE GOOD POINTS OF THEM TO MAKE ONE SUPER BRAKE. EVEN USES SEALED BEARINGS AT THE PIVOT POINT. COMES WITH ALL THE GOODS YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO.

Actually there wont be as much bare metal rubbing on the pivots, so it might make a difference but i doubt it..

You have to own and use a part for at least a month before you review it.

Hmm well tats silly considering if you review the part right away you can give first thoughts, when you may forget what you thought bout it later.

Besides, I ordered Evo2's because the Vulcans were out of stock::oops:

Um, water+brakes dont usually have the best outcome regardless of what kind they are.

The Vulcans happend to be sold out when I ordered them, so since I NEED brakes I just ordered the Evo2's. I'm not picky about how perfect my brakes are, soit's not a big deal, I just wanted those sealed bearings. I could mod someinto the EVO's though:hmm:

I haven't thought about the subject too much, but it occurred to me you could always write your first impressions and save it in a text file, if you hadn't thought of that already.
