how do i post a pic in a new topic?

use the search button...

upload an image somwhere ( http://members.lycos.nl/fadeoflight/upload.php or if it is bmx related, upload it on www.bmx-zone.com )

then the picture is uploaded on let's say:
www.blabla.com/pictures/somedir/picture.jpg

then you use the image tag to show it:
