This trick isn't hard to learn you just need bike control and a few feet of air. You should learn a
1.) Go off the jump at a comfortable speed(but fast enough to get air) and wait till you are almost at the peak of your jump.
2.) When you are there, pull the bars into your lap kind of like a tuck no hander.
3.) Straighten your legs a little so the bike is more vertical than usual.
4.) Lean forward a little so you are closer to your front tire.
5.) Take your hand of choice off the bar and bring it down and grab your front tire.
6.) Bring it back onto your bars, and push the bars out of your lap and lean back to normal position.
7.) Land and watch your buddies cheer:lol:
This looks long but it will be in a swift motion.
But importantly get a sufficeint amount of air or you will learn the hard way like i did. Maybe try on a dirt jump first if you are a beginner.
If you guys want to add anything go ahead!
Hope this helps a little!

ziwei i guess its enough just to touch it...
i learned these today by myself.. they're not hard at all... on the 2nd time i pulled it :)
a suggestion is... get comfy with one handers first and only THEN you should move to tire grabs
oh and... they are so easy on dirt

Good how to. Sometimes i put the bars in my lap, other times i straighten my legs and dont have the bars in my lap. I think the latter has nicer style but either way tire grabs are easy, fun and look cool.
