Minimalism Stem. The next generation of stems.

New prototypes arrived
If you were at the Eurobike 2005 in Friedrichshafen, you may have seen the first prototype of our new stem, the Minimalism. The idea was to get more space, by shifting the screws between the handlebar and the forkshaft. One year on the final prototypes are being tested for release in late 2006 / early 2007.

To give you some first impressions of our newest baby the Minimalism Stem:

More place for your knees by new clamping system.
Weight 210g/0,463bs
100% 7005 T6 Aluminium
Steelinserts for durability
48mm offset

Thats the first stem that I've found uglier than the Elementary. And its a stupid design to me.

actually thast not too bad. i think that the new premium one might be alot sketchier. seeing as you dont see the metal that can make contact when it tightens to the fork, whereas with this you can

I love my 45mm FLY,but I guess I will be selling it for this.

wouldn't the two parts that hold the bars be pointing inward after you tighten it on the fork? or is it adjusted to it?

i like the look of the 2 front plates and you save your knees from bolts and sharp corners . reminds me of the coalition povah stem , and i got some KHE stuff and it has held up awesome. i'd get it :)
