Best Bmx Racing Bike

I was looking at either the Haro SX comp, Haro SX compXL, or the Haro SX Pro XL
those are the only ones i know of i still wanna ride street and stuff too but i wanna race. im lookin at around $500 maybe more. WHat do yall reccomend

500 american, or canadian?
because if it is american you can get a DK 4 pack for that price, there good all around bikes.

although i don't know if they are strong enough to ride street with.
