HowTo

Start at slow to moderate speed.
Shove your right or left foot between the fork and the front tire.
Keep your foot at a 50 percent angle for a clean endo.
To end the trick, remove your foot from the front tire and allow the back tire to drop.[HowTo] Footjam Endo Video (http://ugo.com/channels/sports/features/trickguide/default_lite.asp?id=2&gallery=trickguide&subdir=streetriding)

If you whatch the video, he isn't balancing for that long. I tried these out yesterday and they are pretty easy. the trick is to level out your pedals and then start pedaling to ride away once you have fallen down.

very nice...but once you learned the footjam try to put a little extra into it and with your free foot kick the bike around, (if you have gyro), and let it go all the way around while your balencing on the front tire and sit back on the seat when it gets around, takes time and hardwork but youll get it

Yeah FJ endos are easy tricks but look cool on top of a funbox or something like that
