HowTo

Ride at the jump at the speed you feel comfortable.
Hit the jump
Kick your legs out as fast as you can
Dont think about your feet, they will come back them selfs
Land. (whith your feet on the pedals)TIP: Start by learning no footers with your left leg and then your right leg, then go on to take both feet off at the same time.

TIP: When going to kick your feet out, bring them up first, about 1 to 2 inches. If you don't and kick straight out, your cranks will often spin, making it hard to bring your feet back.

Sorry no photo for this
1.To start of you may want to learn 1 footers,
2.A good way to practise is to take ur feet off but don't try to land it just land like your standing there or when riding practise throwing your feet out.
Lets get started:
You don't need massive air, this is a trick you can start small and then build up.
When you just leave the jump pull up a tiny bit and throw your feet out( throwing your feet off is the easy bit). You need to pull up because otherwise if you don't land it properly you will land nose first( trust me i bent a pair of handlebars doing it). Bringing your feet in is just instinct, but when you take your feet of your cranks MAY spin if this happens trying giving a lil tug on your back brakes. If you have shinpads they may also be helpful.
This is a link for no footers on dirt. Same applys for park although you may like to take ur feet of a little sooner then he does if doing park or you don't get as much height as he does.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-Ym4zgNSww
GOOD LUCK!

hey you meant one footers to learn before no footers and dont you like have to hop a little before you slide your feet out because my friend was doing them and i was just scared but he said i couldnt just slide my feet and that you have to hop off your pedals first and which way is easier landing sitting down or up
