Decide on the best foot to use. Should be the same one as you use for 1 footers. Air it out.
Just before the peak height of your jump, begin to take off your best foot and instead of moving it away from the bike throw it over top of the top tube.
By the peak height, your foot should be about as extended as it will get.
Bring your foot back and land it.TIP: This is a nice variation of a 1 footer. Practice the 1 footer before attempting. You can also style this trick by making it a No Footed CanCan, which is listed below.

Can cans are a great trick Ive been trying them for a while but always did them with the opposite foot as I would to do a one footer so nice how to Ill definatly give it a go. They look phat no footed over hips.

can cans are great, i learn't backside boneless first then moved on to can cans from that

you know whats funny i can do no footed can cans but i can't do just a normal can can.

haha i dunno im going to try these out at smp sometime. but one of my friends werent really felxible and they did this he got half of it out and ten kneed the bars and he bailed.
so my ti would practice doing this on ground first? and be comfortable on a qp first i would try it on the smallest qp first

they arent hard. just lift ur knee up to begin with then progress with the howto on page 1

Hmm, this doesn't work for me, its a great how-to i just can't can-can yet i can pretty much land a no foot can-can,>_< god im wierd

suck it into your gut push the bike down abit then place your foot over the TT, well thats how i would do but i can't my frame is to small for me to be honest

really good tip for these and one footers: if you like to take your back foot off the pedals naturally the weight on the other pedal will make the cranks turn: usually when doing one footers cans i hold my back brake so it is easier to find the pedal again!
