HowTo
Leave lip and level off.
Take your preferred hand of at the highest point in your jump.
Place back on and land smoothly.

maybe you can add that you dont really take your hand off. you need to do everything really fast itll feel more like punching someone next to you in the face and then putting your hand back on the grip asap.

I learnt tyre grabs before one handers.
I realised one day that I was comfortable taking my hand away.
The way I found easiest to start with was by tucking and then extending one hand.
And then when I got more comfortable, I just didn't bother with the tucking and now I love the feeling of the front end dipping.

It explains it quickly and easily, I was thinking of trying it tomorrow when I go to the park, I though no footers were easier, but still.
I'm assuming just quickly/slightly moving your hand off from the bar, then grabbing back, then moving it father apart, then leaving it more "last minute" to grab back on.
