I think the flatlander's country forum would be to your help for more flat riders will find your question there but I think the 2006 DK Signal is a good flatland starter bike.
And go to www.bikeflat.com > Word > How-to and they will have videos and trick descriptions for you listed from beginners level all the way up to expert. :)

About the US dollar being fake, I see what you mean but all bills are are promises. I'm not sure if it is the case but on Pound Sterling notes i says 'I promise to give the bearer of this bill (or some other word) the total sum of x pounds.'
