180 turn your head like you almost would like to bite your shoulderand bunnyhop
manual practice!!! you need a lot of practice for it

youc ould try and work on double peg stalls(if you have pegs) because they look gud and ther easy and the help with manuels my best advice trow your ass behind the seat and pull up and if that isnt working then t ry and slam your back wheel

or yes there is lots of help on bmx forums in the "how to/tricks section"

and for manuals dont pull up pull back. change in this thought helps heaps

Welcome and click this link http://www.bmx-forum.com/search.php and type each trick into it and set it under Tricks & HOW-TOs and you should get enough tips for all the tricks then after that just keep practicing.

Actually alot of riders find feebles easier than doubles. I do, although I started with doubles 1st though. :lol: Oh well, anyways. Welcome to the forum.
