Sorry, this is a dumb question... I just got a Specialized Fuse II, and now I'm interested in dirt riding. However, I have no idea how to jump! Do you bunnyhop, pull both ends up at the same time, or just go really fast? I am so clueless! :( And yes, I have tried Google...

dont go too fast  but as your front tire hits the lip, pull back and once or almost once your front tire cleared the lip.. tuck!

pull up then push down sort of so your back end kicks up start with small gaps and get bigger it took me like 2 weeks to learn how to flow a jump just start with like a 2 foot gap and see how u do(i suggest u do tables)

best way to learn hitting jumps build a decent jump tleast up to your knees

and dig a small about 6 or 5 foot dip when u get to the dip push down and pull up when you go up it helps you with flow but always remember to lean forward in air so you dont manual down or loop out on the ramp

i would recommend tabletops, its sorta like a box, you can roll it a couple times then get more and more air.

yeah.. and what you really need to do just as u hit the upramp is preload.

yea i agree dont try any gaps till you have some experience just pull up and level the bike out

i completely agree with like evryone, and also, if u basically are thinking, screw thi i need to get good fast, let me hit a gap... your gonn get hurt
i would recomendd a tabletop, or a gap about 1 fott from jump to landing

and when you pull up right when your front tire is airborne let yourself glide in the air so both tires are in the air, and then push foward so both your tire are approximatley parelles with the jump

or you can get ur front tire up blah blah blah, and then puse you bars(handlebars) foward a littlee, just so that your back tire is even with your front and then puse foward a little so u land perfectly on the landing, because ou dont want to land on your front end or in a manual cause you'll fall backwards or flip over.

Don't build anything near cactus, and if you have to build near cactus, don't ride when someone is trying to build. I landed in a cactus today trying to avoid a kid.

tabletops first, pull up the bars as you hit the lip...

keep going for bigger and bigger when you feel comfortable with what you have already done!

I wish I did so much, but we just started for the day and didn't have anything besides ourselves and some bikes.
