To start off this review I will tell you that I didnt even need new bars when I bought these (I had 1 month old T1 small bars I also got cheap), but took advantage of a good deal. I bought them used from oldstreetthrasher and from the pic they looked mint. for only 30 bucks I couldnt go wrong and I always wanted to try 8inch rise bars to see if I felt a difference.

When I first got them, I put them on, and the only difference I noticed was the backsweep on the T1 bars I had was alot more than these, but that was easy to get used to. However I didnt notice a huge difference in the height, but i seemed to like these bars alot more.
So I have been riding them since February or JanuaryI like them alot. When I got them they were cut to 24.5 inches and it seems like that is about the perfect width for me. Also withthe less backsweep it seemed easier to get out of fakie and bunnyhop. Plus these bars are really tough. I throw my bike alot and bail, and Ive bashed these bars a lot and they havent moved/bent or anything. Even though these bars arent butted likemost newer styles, they didnt seem very heavy to me, of course Ive never had butted bars either...
Pros:

+ strong

+ wide so you can cut to preferance
Cons:

- not as light as most newer styles, but still very light for a 8inch tall 27 inch wide bar.
Specs:

-Rise: 8 in.

-Width: 27 in.

-Backsweep: 10 degrees

-Weight: 29.5 oz

I give these bars a 10/10 for being strong, light(ish), and awesome. Plus they are from S&M.

Costs: about $43 USD

Yep, I've been running the Beringer LT's for a while now and so far so good. I got a nice ding in the cross bar from throwing my bike, but they haven't bent yet. Plus after I cut them to 25.5" the geometry is perfect for me.8)

ive been running mine for a few weeks now (uncut) and since im tallish (6'2") they feel great to me, hops into grinds are effortless and my fakie rollouts have gotten way smoother just from the leverage of a big bar. plus i got mine new so ive got lifetime warretie against bending or breaking them! i love them.

I thought the LTs were butted? Perhaps it's straight gauge still, but a less beefy wall thickness? What upsweep do they sport too? Any other specs/details available?
